Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Ome account and associated data by contacting the Ome team. Support currently handles these requests manually.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the Google email address you use to sign in to Ome.
2. Address it to omepartyteam@gmail.com with the subject Ome account deletion request.
3. Include your Ome user ID, if you have it, and tell us whether you want your account deleted or want to discuss specific data.

What happens next

We verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing it. We may ask you to confirm through the signed-in account or the associated email. Do not send your password, verification codes or identity documents in your initial email.

The request can cover your Ome profile, stored messages/room chat, notification registrations and related account records. We will explain what is removed and identify any information that must be retained for applicable law or a specific security/abuse investigation. Account deletion does not erase information that another participant has independently saved.

Deleting the Ome account does not delete your Google account. Revoking Google sign-in access or uninstalling the app alone does not send an Ome data deletion request.
